At The Pretzel Boss, we ship our hand-twisted soft pretzels fresh from our kitchen to your door! Each batch is baked fresh to order to ensure you get that classic golden-brown chew and Boss-level flavor you deserve.
- Processing Time: Orders are baked within 24 hours before shipped.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent weekend delays and ensure pretzels arrive fresh.
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via 2-day delivery to maintain freshness.
- Packaging: Pretzels are sealed in a food-safe freshness bags & packed with insulated materials to preserve texture and taste.
- Tracking number: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
FRESHNESS PROMISE
Our pretzels are preservative-free & best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery. If you're not eating them right away:
- Store in an airtight container or freezer bag at room temperature for up to 2 days.
- For longer storage freeze immediately up to 3 months.
REHEATING DIRECTIONS
Whether you like them soft & warm or crisp & toasty, here's how to bring that fresh-baked flavor back.
For Room Temperature:
- Preheat Oven to 350 F
- Lightly sprinkle pretzels with water or brush with a bit of melted butter
- Wrap in foil & warm for 4-6 minutes
- For a crispier finish, open the foil for the last minute of heating.
From Frozen:
- Do not thaw pretzels
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Sprinkle with water, wrap in foil & heat for 8-10 minutes
Microwave Option (Quick Fix):
- Sprinkle lightly with water
- Wrap in a damp paper towel
- Microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Let it cool for 1 minute before eating.
Add Your Toppings Like a Boss
Each order includes your choice of toppings and seasonings so you can finish your pretzels fresh at home.
To Add Toppings:
- Lightly mist or brush pretzels with water or melted butter.
- Sprinkle on salt, cinnamon sugar, garlic parmesan or any of your favorite toppings.
- Warm in the oven (as above) for 1-2 minutes to help toppings stick.
