Shipping Information
At The Pretzel Boss, every pretzel is made fresh to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be baked, packaged & shipped.

We currently ship within the continental United States only

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information provided via email once your order leaves our kitchen.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.

We take extra care to package our pretzels for freshness and quality, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided.
LOCAL PICKUP OFFERED

If you are local to the Cedar Rapids area, we are happy to offer free pickup. You'll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.
Refunds & Replacements
Because our pretzels are freshly made food items, we cannot accept returns once they've left our kitchen. However, your satisfaction matters to us!!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

Your order arrives damaged

An incorrect item was sent or

There is a quality issue with your product.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as baking has not yet begun. Once your order is in production, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
