Hi, I'm Nicole Elledge, founder of The Pretzel Boss -- where every knot is hand-twisted, & crafted with care.
What started as a simple love for baking and sharing good food has grown into a small-batch pretzel business built on passion, creativity, and quality and locally-sourced ingredients. I've always believed the best food tells a story -- and for me, that story begins with warm memories of homemade dough, family gatherings, and the joy of making something from scratch.
At The Pretzel Boss, each pretzel is made by hand using time-honored techniques and thoughtfully chosen ingredients. From the classic salted knot to bold flavors like jalapeno cheddar and everything seasoning, I'm dedicated to creating artisan pretzels that feel both familiar and special -- the kind that make you slow down, smile, and savor every bite.
My goal is simple: to bring handcrafted pretzels to my community with pride, heart, and a little twist of creativity.
