At The Pretzel Boss, every pretzel is made fresh by hand with care and quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped or been picked up.
However, we always want you to love what you ordered. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We'll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following cases:

Your order arrived damaged or was compromised in transit

The wrong item(s) were sent to you

There was a quality concern with your product.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at info@thepretzelboss.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo. We'll respond promptly to make it right.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided baking or preparation has not yet begun. Once production starts, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
